This Personal Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement (Terms of Service) concluded between QUANTUM PROGEN LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region with Business Registration Number 77941481, having its registered office at UNIT B, 11/F WAH KIT COMM CTR, 302 DES VOEUX RD CENTRAL, SHEUNG WAN, HONG KONG (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and the Client (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject”).
1. Purpose of Processing
The Company collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling commercial transactions, including order processing, communication, invoicing, logistics, compliance with legal obligations, and improving customer service.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
